Support

Have a question, found a bug, or want to delete your data? Here is how to reach us and what your options are.

1Contact Us

For any question about Timegram, including bugs, feedback, or anything covered in our Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions, email us directly. We read every message and reply within a few business days.

2Delete Your Data

Timegram stores everything locally on your device and does not use accounts, so you are always in full control of your data. No request to us is required, though you are welcome to email if you would rather we walked you through it.

Delete a single project or time log

  • Open the project from the Work tab.
  • In Log History, swipe left on the entry you want to remove.
  • Tap the delete action that appears.

Delete everything at once

  • Open Profile.
  • Scroll to Danger Zone.
  • Tap Delete All Data and confirm. This permanently removes every project and time log from your device.

Remove all app data, including settings

  • Uninstall Timegram. This removes the app’s entire local database and every setting from your device.

The only information that ever leaves your device is anonymous usage analytics and crash reports sent to Firebase. These are not linked to your name or any identifier, so we have no way to locate or delete an individual person’s analytics history on request. They are automatically deleted by Google after Firebase’s standard retention period. See Data Retention & Deletion in our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
